Explore the Medieval Village of Minerve
Few villages in France leave such a lasting impression.
Built on a rocky peninsula surrounded by spectacular limestone gorges, Minerve is officially listed among Les Plus Beaux Villages de France and is often considered one of the jewels of Occitanie.
As you wander through its quiet streets, your guide will reveal the village's fascinating past. You'll discover how Minerve became one of the defining locations of the Cathar Crusade, while also learning about its unique geology, medieval architecture and enduring traditions.
There will also be time to explore at your own pace, browse local artisan shops or simply admire the incredible views over the surrounding countryside.
