10 years before all this I holidayed in the Languedoc, a part of France I knew very little about in those days. The moment I arrived I fell in love with this beautiful place; little did I know that my wine studies 10 years later would bring me back and start another chapter in my life running vineyard tours. I love to teach people about wine and show them the part of France I have made my summer home. To take you to hidden vineyards off the beaten track, to meet wine makers you have probably never heard of, taste the passion in their wine and hear their incredible stories. I have a love and enthusiasm for this place and I am thrilled by the words people have used to describe their day with me. Here are a few of the Tripadvisor headline comments I received in 2011 “A delight from start to finish”

Food & Wine
One of the joys of visiting Languedoc-Roussillon is the glorious wine and food produced here. The famous Toulouse sausage, Cassoulet first created in Castlenaudary, duck confit, foie gras and delectable charcuterie from the Montage Noire. Goat and sheep cheeses, crunchy olives and fine oils, honey from every part of the region, ripe tomatoes of very shape and colour and ripe figs and juicy peaches plus many other fruit and vegetables that will make your mouth water. We have a range of tours and activities to help you discover all of these things. Find out more… |

About 10 years ago I enrolled on a wine appreciation course for fun but I had no idea what a fascinating subject it was and soon I was hooked. Four years later I graduated with a Diploma and became a wine teacher, I wanted to bring this fascinating subject to others and demolish the snobbish image of wine tasting.
