The famous Toulouse sausage, Cassoulet first created in Castlenaudary, duck confit, foie gras and delectable charcuterie from the Montage Noire. Wendy Gedney runs tours from all 3 locations and is the owner of Vin en Vacances. Wendy is a qualified wine teacher and holds some of the highest qualifications attainable in the world of wine including the highly regarded Languedoc-Roussillon Masters Certificate. Her knowledge of the wines of this region is superb and she loves to take people to hidden vineyards off the beaten track, to discover the passion and individuality that these extraordinary wine makers put into their wines.
Louise Hurren runs tours from Montpellier, where she has lived since 2002, working with winemakers helping them promote themselves and their amazing wines to an overseas audience. She speaks fluent French and holds an Advanced qualification in wine as well as the Languedoc-Roussillon Masters Certificate which she passed in 2012. She has many years' experience of working with Languedoc-Roussillon winemakers and enjoys telling their stories to visitors, be they experts or simply enthusiasts.
